Since the age of three I have had a deep passion for the art of dancing. I have trained in many forms of dance along with gymnastics and had the opportunity to teach and coach as well.
As with many other adult women, somewhere along the way I lost the time and energy for my passion and began to notice the effects it was having on my body. I was in need of a physical boost and lasting motivation. My journey with Ballet Blast began March 2011 and I have never looked back. Since then I have reconnected with the art of dancing and fully embraced my curvy body and signature moves while 30 pounds just melted away. As I noticed the transformation in my physical body I also reconnected with a spiritual, loving, confident side of myself, and I realized there was something unique about Ballet Blast and I had to share it with other women.
Since becoming an instructor I have mastered the technique and also added my own twist of inspiration and spirituality because I believe this isn't just about how we look but how we feel and I am here to take a stand for personal transformation. I am blessed beyond belief to be a part of the Ballet Blast family and in such gratitude to share this life changing experience with anyone who enters into my classes.

I started dancing at the age of three and haven't looked back since. Dance has been and always will be a driving force in my life.
Britney Robinson
Dance has always been my passion. I started taking when I was three years old training in many styles including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. I was on the High School Cheer/Songleading Squad and have also trained in gymnastics/tumbling. As I got older I began to see how much I loved teaching. I have had amazing opportunities in passing on my passion for dance to my students.
Over the years I have taken many aerobic and exercise classes, but never found one that kept me motivated enough to keep going. Then I found Ballet Blast! This workout is high energy and so unique. I started with Ballet Blast to get back in shape after having my baby and I have had amazing results. I love the changes I have seen in my body and I am happy to say that I am in better shape now than ever before! I feel such a physical and emotional balance in my life, all thanks to Ballet Blast.
I am so grateful to be a part of this incredible Ballet Blast family. I have been inspired and motivated by all the women involved, and hope to do the same for those who enter into my classes.
Kristin Hale
My name is Kristin Hale, I started with Ballet Blast shortly after my C section of my first baby girl. I was afraid to workout during my pregnancy because I did not want the high impact exercises I was used to doing. My babies safety was my first priority. After not working out for 9 months it was quite a change for me, and a difficult change! I loved how Ballet Blast made me feel and I could cater the workout to my needs. Like so many others I became addicted! I couldn't get enough of the transformation of my body, the self confidence that I was building, and being pushed to work harder each time. Now, I can look forward to a healthier lifestyle that includes working out, staying motivated, and teaching even through future pregnancies. Having been a dancer since a very young age, I have always loved the structure, stretching, and muscle toning attributes of ballet, and now I can get the cardiovascular aspect in the same workout. Having been "transformed" and "inspired" myself, I couldn't help but want to share the same things with others around me. I am ecstatic to be apart of the ballet blast family, and feel humbled and blessed to have the opportunity to inspire women as I have been.
Amanda Wilkinson
I started dancing at the age of 9. It took me a full year of convincing my parents, but they finally agreed. From that moment on my love of dance has grown tremendously. I have had the opportunity to train in many different styles of dance. After high school I was given the opportunity to teach at two different studios.
A few years after high school I found myself working an 8-5 desk job. This really took a toll on my body. I am the type of person who dreads going to the gym every day to run on the treadmill and lift weights. This made it very difficult for me to be motivated. I knew I needed to find something to keep my mind and body healthy. The hardest part was finding the right fit. Then I discovered Ballet Blast. This was one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. My motivation was back and so was my passion and drive.
This workout is so unique and so full of energy. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. I knew after the first time I went that I was would be hooked. I have been attending since March 2011. For the first time in years I feel an emotional and physical balance encompassing all aspects of my life. Not only is the workout great, but the people are great as well. There is nothing more inspiring and motivating than witnessing the outstanding results of this class. I am so grateful and so proud to be a part of this wonderful organization and everything it represents.

I have always loved dancing from a very early age. I started in ballroom and competed on an award winning team that traveled nationally. After six years of competitive ballroom I wanted to learn more. I began training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, modern and lyrical styles at The Jazz N' Place dance studio. Later in my high school days, I danced for the Pleasant Grove Drill Team and Dance Company for three years and loved every minute of it. Dance is my sanctuary but choreography is my passion. I have had several opportunities to choreograph for parades, assembles, solos, high school companies, and competitive dance studios.
I attended SUU where I danced on the Waukeenyan drill team and SUU Ballroom Tour Company. While living in Cedar City, I taught and choreographed for Onstage Dance studio for 3 years. After my first year of college, I was chosen as one of the four dance instructors to represent Utah for The Universal Dance Association (UDA). I then moved to Chicago, Illinois were I had the opportunity to teach at several College and High School dance camps.
I have always had a passion for exercise and currently teach several aerobic type classes. When I heard of ballet blast, I couldn’t wait to try it. I recently just had my first child, Hayzlee, who has just turned 3 months old. Before the Dr. Even cleared me to work out, I was at ballet blast. I haven’t stopped going since. It has become my obsession and I am so pleased with the results I have seen in just the small amount of time I have been going. In all my years dancing and teaching aerobics, I have never sweated so much or have been worked so hard. My self confidence has sky rocketed and I feel balanced and inspired each time I attend. I know ballet blast will continue to get my body and spirit in shape. How grateful I am for such an inspiring yet challenging workout.
I now reside in Cedar Hills with my husband Jonny and my new baby Hayzlee. I recently pursued my life long goal of opening up my own dance studio. Aspire Dance Academy in Pleasant Grove is keeping me busy but I sure love it. I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Ballet Blast family and can’t wait to inspire and transform women with this incredible workout!!!

Dance has always been something that I love doing. I started dancing when I was three, and I continued to do it until I graduated 15 years later. I was trained in tap, ballet, lyrical, hip-hop and a little bit of jazz. After I graduated high school I got a 9-5 job, and I couldn’t find time to dance anymore. I noticed that with work, then school and getting married that I didn’t have a lot of time, and I couldn’t convince myself to go to the gym or for a run. Being a dancer for fifteen years of my life, I wasn’t used to having to make myself exercise. I came into contact with one of my dance instructors at Dance Source and they told me about Ballet Blast. I went one week and I fell in love. I’m so excited to be dancing again, and I love to see the progress that I make each class that I take. It doesn’t feel like I am working out, and I can’t wait until I get to go again. I already have seen changes to my body, and I feel so much better every day, not only about myself, but I just feel good! I feel energized and happy and I am more confident.
I am very excited to be able to see the changes in the people that I teach, and show them how happy and healthy that they can be without forcing themselves to workout. I am thrilled to be a part of the Ballet Blast family and can’t wait to help others make the change to be healthy.

I have always loved staying active. Healthy habits and exercise have always been very important to me, and while I have not always been perfect at maintaining these, they are both something I need in my life to stay positive and happy. I have always enjoyed running and swimming and those had always kept me in great shape physically and mentally in the past. I have two beautiful daughters, Hazyl and Hattie, and they are only 18 months apart. I gained a lot of weight with my first daughter and by the time I finally started losing some of it, I found out I was pregnant again. I was determined to gain less weight the second time around and did much better, but in the end I still had a lot of work to do. I ran 3 half marathons last year and felt like I was constantly exercising but had hit a wall with my weight loss goals. I started going to Ballet Blast last October when it opened up here in Logan and I immediately fell in love! I was nervous at first to be attending a "dance" type of workout but I became completely comfortable after the first week. It was the perfect addition to my work-out routine and a great stress reliever at the end of a long day. I immediately started losing weight again, and 6 months later, I am now down 30 pounds and still losing! Ballet Blast is not just about working out or about physical appearance, it focuses on your overall health and I love that about it! I am so grateful to be joining the Ballet Blast team and hope to help inspire others along the way.
